We’re very excited about our new (as of December 2019) office space, but getting here can be tricky the first time. Additionally, please note that parking is most congested during the week, from about 11:00am-1:00pm.
Our address is on North Braddock Ave, however the main building entrance and parking lot are located around the corner on Thomas Boulevard. This is a locked building, so be sure to check your texts for the current code. Door code reminder texts are sent automatically 2 hours before scheduled appointments. You can manage your notification settings through the scheduling portal.
PARKING is available in several locations:
In the small lot by the main entrance (cars parked head in, at angles)
Street parking, including spots marked “reserved for 201 N Braddock” and spots marked “for Rockwell Park retail customers”
In the general Rockwell Park lots
If you have mobility issues, contact the office to make arrangements. There are alternate entrances without stairs that can accommodate wheelchairs, strollers and another alternate entrance that is a closer walk but has one step up.
Several bus lines stop nearby, and there are bike racks available here in Rockwell Park.

Directions:
The address of the building is 201 N Braddock, however the main entrance to the building is around the corner, on Thomas. Formerly a manufacturing building but now a part of Rockwell Park, navigation in to the office can be a bit tricky your first visit. To enter the building, come through the parking lot where cars are parked at angles, up four steps next to the large double-bay yellow loading dock.
Once you get to the door, you’ll need to enter the current access code (it comes in your reminder text, 2 hours before scheduled appointments).
Inside, turn left and keep walking in a straight line; do not turn left down the ramp through the plastic sheeting. You’ll pass through a doorway into a short hallway with restrooms immediately to your left, into an atrium with wood flooring. Lucid is the black door.
If needed, there are additional restrooms in the building: a gender neutral restroom on the second floor near the passenger elevator, and multi-stall women’s restrooms both at the south corner of the first floor near the freight elevator and on the second floor up the stairs from the Lucid door and then to the left.
